Oasis Date Gardens is devoted to assisting our customers. Our goal is to provide top quality fruit that is carefully graded, packed and inspected by our Production and Quality Control Team. Although we strive to provide our customers with exceptional products, we understand there may be issues and concerns given the nature of the Organic fruit.
Oasis Date Gardens does not accept unwanted products based on taste or expectations and we recommend ordering small quantities of new items before placing a bulk order. If you experience a quality issue please contact us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Due to strictly enforced food safety requirements, we are not able to have fruit returned after the package has been opened. Please do not send us a return without confirming with our team to ensure your return is received properly.
Please note: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. An Address Correction charge of $15.40 per package up to a maximum of $91.00 per shipment will be assessed to the shipper for an address correction or completion.
If your package is undeliverable and/or requires updating of information, you will be responsible for additional carrier fees when applicable.
If your package is undeliverable and should you decide to cancel your order, all carrier fees will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
If your package is undeliverable and is brought back to our facility, you have 2 business days to reroute the package, additional fees may apply.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
TO FILE A COMPLAINT
Submit your complaint via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your contact information, order number and pictures of the product. Our team will carefully review your information and if you are eligible for a refund, replacement, online store credit or an exchange or another item of equal or lesser value we will respond within 1-5 business days. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Please note: Complaints submitted after the 5 business day period has passed will not be eligible for review.
