Deglet Organic Date Paste

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

 A: Material Description: Produced from organic Deglet Noor dates that are cleaned and pitted by hand. The macerated pieces are extruded through a 1/8th aperture screen. The paste possesses a sweet odor and flavor, free from musty, moldy, earthy, and other undesirable off-flavors. No anti-oxidants, additives, sulfating agents, or artificial flavors are used. Although rare, pit fragments & calyx can occur in date paste/date pieces.

At 38-40°F (Refrigerated): Six (6) months from date of packing
Ambient temperature (68-70°F): Three (3) months from date of packing
Note: The product does not go bad at the end of its shelf life but can become dried out and/or form white specs on the surface. The white specs are sugar which separate from the flesh of the paste and rise to the surface.
