Walnut-Date Stuffed Teriyaki Chicken Fillet

Get stuffed with this amazing take on teriyaki chicken kiev! Sweet, scrumptious, and juicy this is a recipe that satisfies hunger and adds a diverse flavor profile to your palate.
2 Bone-and-Skinless Chicken Breasts
2/3 Cup of Water
3 ½ Cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
½ Cup Pitted Medjool Dates
¼ Cups Raw Walnuts
¼ Cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F, and in the meantime bring the water to a simmer in another sauce pan
Add in the bread crumbs, dates and walnuts. Simmer until most of the moisture is absorbed by the mixture, if necessary add more bread crumbs to soak excess water.
Butterfly the Chicken breasts and grill them lightly, then fill them with the stuffing mix and bake for 20 minutes.
Mix Teriyaki Sauce, Honey, and Cornstartch in a sauce pan on a medium high heat until thick and bubbly
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the Teriyaki Glaze
