A light and fresh chicken salad that is great for any party or get together.

INGREDIENTS
• 8 Cup Chicken (cooked and cubed)
• 2 Cups Water Chestnuts (sliced)
• 3 Cups Celery (chopped)
• 2 Cups Nuts (sliced)
• 2 Cups Medjool Dates (diced)
• 2 1⁄2 Cups Mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 Cup Chicken Broth
• 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder (to taste)
• 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
• 2 Cups Water Chestnuts (sliced)
• 3 Cups Celery (chopped)
• 2 Cups Nuts (sliced)
• 2 Cups Medjool Dates (diced)
• 2 1⁄2 Cups Mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 Cup Chicken Broth
• 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder (to taste)
• 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients just enough to blend. Combine the chilled ingredients with enough dressing to moisten. Serve in crisp lettuce cups.
