Looking for the perfect combination of salty and sweet? Try this twist on a classic date appetizer. You'll love the bold textures and tastes in every bite; and be a hit at your next cocktail party. 

Yield: 24 Dates

  • 24 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 12 Slices of Bacon
  • 1⁄2 Cup Soy Sauce


Stuff each pitted, split Medjool Date with cream cheese. Wrap with ½ slice of bacon. Secure with wooden toothpick. Marinate stuffed, wrapped dates in soy sauce for ½ hour. Place in the oven on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees until bacon is done. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
