Directions

1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the cheese, honey, salt, juice, walnuts, and minced basil until fully mixed and refrigerate.

2. Prepare a skillet over medium high heat, while the skillet is warming up, brush the ciabatta slices with olive oil. Once the skillet is ready toast or grill each side of bread until golden.

3. Prepare to serve by adding a generous spoonful of our cheese mix to each slice of grilled bread and with peach slices arranged over top.
